What we collect

Your name, email address and phone number, so drivers and shops can reach you about a booking.

Your bookings and trips, including pickup and drop-off points, times and amounts.

Your device's location, only while the app is open and only to set your pickup point and show a driver's position. We do not track you in the background.

For rentals, the shop records your driving licence number and its expiry as proof it was checked. We do not collect or store a photograph of your licence.

A profile photo, if you add one. Drivers and shops see it so they know who they are meeting.

If you sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email address and profile photo with us. We ask for nothing else from your Google account.

Who can see it

A shop sees the bookings for its own carts, and the name and number of those riders.

A driver sees the pickup, drop-off, name and number for a ride they have accepted.

Riders see shops, carts and prices — not other riders.

Ultraw Ltd administrators can see marketplace activity to run and support the service.

These limits are enforced by the database itself, not only by the app.

Where it lives

Data is stored with Supabase, our database provider, on servers outside Belize. Using the app means accepting that transfer.

Some settings stay only in your own browser and never leave your device.

How long we keep it

Booking and trip records are kept while your account exists, and afterwards only where needed for tax, accounting or a dispute.

Ask us to delete your account and we will remove your personal details, keeping only what the law requires.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data.

We do not use it for advertising.

We do not send marketing messages you did not ask for.

Your choices

You can edit your name, phone number and photo in Account at any time.

You can refuse location permission; the app still works, you just pick your pickup point by hand.

Your rights under Belize law

The Data Protection Act, 2021 gives you the right to know what we hold about you, to have it corrected, and to have it deleted where we have no lawful reason to keep it.

We process your data to perform the booking you asked for, which is our lawful basis for most of what is listed above. Where we rely on your consent instead — location, for example — you can withdraw it at any time.

If we ever suffer a breach that puts your data at risk, we will notify the Belize Data Protection Authority without undue delay and tell you where the law requires it.
